The problem
Churn risk in Stripe with no owner in sight
Stripe shows which subscriptions are cancelling, past due or unpaid, but not who owns the customer in HubSpot, when they were last contacted or whether a ticket or deal is open. Pulling that together means matching each at-risk customer by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- List cancelling, past due and unpaid subscriptions
- Work out recurring revenue for each
- Find the owner and last activity in HubSpot
- Check for open tickets and deals one by one
With PopdockAI
- At-risk subscriptions and delinquent customers are scored once each
- Monthly recurring revenue at risk is worked out per currency
- Each customer is matched to a HubSpot contact or company
- Owner, last activity, tickets and deals are added, read-only

**Objective:** Rank the Stripe subscriptions most likely to churn in the next `{renewal-window-days}` days (default 30) and show each one's HubSpot owner, recent activity and open tickets, limited to the top `{max-accounts}` accounts (default 20).
**Step 1: Collect at-risk subscriptions in Stripe**
Call `stripe-get-subscription` three times, `max-records` 200 each:
* `cancel-at-period-end` = true
* `status` = past_due
* `status` = unpaid
Also call `stripe-get-customer` with `delinquent` = true.
Merge by `customer-id`. Give each customer a risk score: cancel at period end ending within `{renewal-window-days}` days (default 30) = 3, unpaid = 3, past_due = 2, delinquent = 1. For each at-risk subscription call `stripe-get-subscription-item` with `subscription-id` and compute its MRR (`price-unit-amount` x `quantity`, year / 12, week x 52 / 12, day x 365 / 12).
If nothing is at risk, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Carry each customer across to HubSpot**
Using the subscription's `customer-email`, call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `email`. If none, call `hubspot-get-companies` with `company-domain-name` = the email's domain (skip free mail domains). Record the company, `company-owner` or `contact-owner`, and `last-activity-date`. If nothing matches, mark the account "not in HubSpot" and continue.
**Step 3: Add HubSpot context**
For each matched company, call `hubspot-get-tickets` with `company-id` and keep tickets that are not closed. Call `hubspot-get-deals` with `company-id` and keep open deals (renewal or expansion deals are worth calling out).
**Step 4: Report**
Sort by risk score, then MRR, and show the top `{max-accounts}` (default 20): company, customer email, Stripe reason (cancel at period end / past_due / unpaid / delinquent), period end, MRR and currency, HubSpot owner, days since last activity, open tickets, open deals.
Finish with total MRR at risk per currency, and the accounts not found in HubSpot.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `stripe-get-subscription`, `stripe-get-customer` and `stripe-get-subscription-item` are on the stripe server. `hubspot-get-contacts`, `hubspot-get-companies`, `hubspot-get-tickets` and `hubspot-get-deals` are on the hubspot server.
* Read-only. Do not call `hubspot-add-ticket`, `hubspot-update-company`, `hubspot-add-company-note` or any other HubSpot add or update tool.
**Validation:**
* Do not double count a customer that appears in several Step 1 calls; take the highest single score plus 1 for each extra signal.
* Never add MRR across currencies.
* If a parameter is empty or not a number, use its default.Who it's for
