The problem

Nobody knows what the team actually logged

Knowing what your team logged in Capsule CRM this week means scrolling the history and counting calls, meetings and emails per person. Without that, gaps in contact only show up when a deal goes cold.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scroll the history for the period
  • Count calls, meetings and emails per person
  • Work out which customers got the attention
  • Notice gaps only when a deal goes cold

With PopdockAI

  • Activity types and every history entry are read
  • Totals per person and type are worked out
  • The most contacted records are listed
  • Gaps are noted, notes summarized not copied, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Summarize the activity logged in Capsule CRM between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}` (default: the last 7 days up to today), by `{creator-name}` or by everyone when blank.

**Step 1: Activity types**

Call `capsule-crm-get-activity-type` to get the activity type names (Call, Meeting and so on) and whether each one updates the last contacted date.

**Step 2: Pull the history**

Call `capsule-crm-get-entry` with date.from = {from-date}, date.to = {to-date}, creator-name = {creator-name} when given, and max-records = 1000.

**Step 3: Analyse**

* Per creator: entries by type (note, email, task) and by activity-type-name.
* Distinct people and organizations touched, and the ten with the most entries.
* Opportunities and projects that appear in the entries, with the entry count for each.
* Activity that counts as contact: entries whose activity type updates the last contacted date, plus emails.

**Step 4: Report**

1. Headline: period, total entries, number of creators, distinct records touched.
2. Table per creator: notes, emails, completed activities, then a column per activity type seen.
3. The ten most-contacted records.
4. The opportunities and projects with the most activity.
5. One or two observations, such as a user with no logged calls or a day with no activity at all.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`, `capsule-crm-add-party` or `capsule-crm-update-party`.
* Summarize; do not reproduce note or email content. One short line per example at most.

**Validation:**

* If nothing was logged in the period, say so and state the period and creator used.
* If the read returns exactly max-records rows, say the figures are incomplete and suggest a shorter period.
