Never miss a Ramp vendor agreement renewal date

**Objective:** List vendor agreements that end within the next {days-ahead} days (default 90) so renewals or cancellations are decided in time.

**Step 1: Pull agreements**

Call `ramp-get-vendor-agreement` with `end-date.from` set to today and `end-date.to` set to today plus the window.

**Step 2: Classify**

* Auto-renewal on and ending within 30 days: urgent, it will renew unless cancelled. Note the last date to terminate if present.
* Auto-renewal off: will lapse, check whether the service is still needed.
* A renewal request already in progress (renewal status, latest renewal total): note it.

**Step 3: Add spend context**

For each vendor named, call `ramp-get-vendor` with `name` set to the vendor name and show its spend over the last 365 days beside the agreement value.

**Step 4: Report**

A table sorted by end date: agreement, vendor, end date, total value, currency, auto-renewal, renewal status, 365 day spend, and a one-line recommendation.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Never call `ramp-vendor-agreement-update`, `ramp-vendor-agreement-add` or `ramp-vendor-agreement-delete`.

**Validation:**

* If nothing ends in the window, say so and report the next agreement to end if you can find one.
