Find the gaps in your biggest Ramp vendor records

**Objective:** Review the vendor list in Ramp: who the money goes to, and which vendor records are weak. Treat a vendor as significant above {min-spend} spent in the last 365 days (default 10000).

**Step 1: Significant vendors**

Call `ramp-get-vendor` with `total-spend-last-365-days.min` set to the threshold. Rank by 365 day spend and show each vendor's share of the total.

**Step 2: Check each of the top 10**

* Call `ramp-get-vendor-contact` with `vendor-id`: flag vendors with no contact or no email.
* Call `ramp-get-vendor-bank-account` with `vendor-id`: flag vendors with no default bank account.
* Call `ramp-get-vendor-agreement` with `name.contains` set to the vendor name: flag vendors with large spend and no agreement.

**Step 3: Dormant vendors**

Call `ramp-get-vendor` with `total-spend-last-365-days.max` set to 0 and `active` handled client side. List active vendors with no spend in a year as clean-up candidates.

**Step 4: Report**

A ranked table of the top vendors with share of spend and the flags, then a short dormant list, then three recommendations.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Never call `ramp-vendor-update`, `ramp-vendor-delete`, `ramp-vendor-update-bank-accounts` or any other write tool.
* Show only the last four digits of a bank account, as returned.

**Validation:**

* If no vendor passes the threshold, say so and suggest a lower one.
