Know which Bugsnag error to fix first
For engineering teams who want open Bugsnag errors ranked by user impact, with new regressions called out, by asking their AI.

The problem
Noisy warnings outrank crashes hitting real users
A project with dozens of open errors needs a decision on what to fix first, and sorting by event count puts a noisy warning above a crash hitting hundreds of users. Spotting new regressions in the pile takes careful reading of every error's dates.
Without PopdockAI
- Sort open errors by event count
- Let noisy warnings rise to the top
- Read every error's dates to find new ones
- Fix the loudest error, not the most harmful
With PopdockAI
- Errors are ranked by users, then severity and events
- Errors first seen in the window are flagged as new
- Up to ten errors with impact, dates and links
- One to fix first is named, nothing changed
The prompt

**Objective:** Triage the open errors in the Bugsnag project `{project-name}`, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 7), and recommend what to fix first. Report only. Change nothing.
**Step 1: Resolve the project**
Call `bugsnag-get-project` with `name` set to `{project-name}`. If nothing matches, retry with `name.contains` and list the close matches. If more than one matches, list them and stop. Keep the project's `project-id`, `open-errors` and `target-stability`.
**Step 2: Pull the open errors**
Call `bugsnag-get-error` with `project-name` set to the resolved project name, `status` set to open, and `last-seen.from` set to the date `{lookback-days}` days before today. Set `max-records` to 50.
**Step 3: Rank by impact, not by count**
Order the errors using, in this order:
* `users` affected, which matters more than raw event count
* `severity`, error above warning above info
* `events`, and whether they are still arriving near `last-seen-date`
* whether `first-seen-date` falls inside the window, which makes it a new regression rather than a known problem
**Step 4: Report**
Give a ranked table of at most 10 errors with: error class, message, severity, users affected, events, first seen, last seen, and `error-url`. Follow it with a short paragraph naming the one error to fix first and why, and call out any error that is new in the window.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `bugsnag-fix-error`, `bugsnag-ignore-error`, `bugsnag-discard-error`, `bugsnag-assign-error`, `bugsnag-update-error-severity`, `bugsnag-create-error-issue`, `bugsnag-link-error-issue`, `bugsnag-update-project`, `bugsnag-add-project` or `bugsnag-add-project-collaborator`.
* Rank on the evidence returned. Do not guess at causes here; that is what the diagnose prompt is for.
**Validation:**
* If the project has no open errors in the window, say so and report the most recent errors outside it instead.
* If `{lookback-days}` is not supplied, use 7 and say which window you used.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You name the project and period, and your AI assistant ranks the open Bugsnag errors on evidence. It only reads and does not guess at causes.
01
Ask
You name the project and a look-back period.
02
Read
It reads the open errors seen in that window.
03
Rank
It ranks by users, severity and events, flagging new regressions.
04
Report
You get the top ten and the one to fix first, with nothing changed.
