The problem

Product problems hidden in scattered reviews

Low-rated WooCommerce reviews point to real product problems, but they are scattered across products and mixed with spam waiting for moderation. Reading them all to find the patterns takes time nobody has.

Without PopdockAI

  • Read every low-rated review product by product
  • Group complaints by theme by hand
  • Check the moderation queue for spam
  • Miss the product with a real fault

With PopdockAI

  • Recent low-rated reviews and the moderation queue are read
  • Product name, SKU, rating and sales are added
  • Complaints are grouped into themes with examples
  • Likely spam is flagged, and moderation stays in WooCommerce

Prompt
**Objective:** Review product reviews from the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30) rated `{max-rating}` stars or lower (default 2), plus any reviews waiting for moderation, and say which products need attention and why.

**Step 1: Pull the reviews**

* `woocommerce-get-product-review` with `created-date.from` = today minus `{lookback-days}` days and `rating.max` = `{max-rating}`.
* `woocommerce-get-product-review` with `status` = `hold`, for the moderation queue regardless of rating.

**Step 2: Add product context**

For each distinct `product-id`, call `woocommerce-get-product` with `product-id` to get `name`, `sku`, `average-rating` and `total-sales`.

**Step 3: Analyze**

* Per product: number of low reviews, their average rating, the product's overall `average-rating`, and how many low reviews are `verified`.
* Themes: read the `review` text and group the complaints into short themes (sizing, quality, shipping damage, late delivery, not as described). Quote one short example per theme.
* Priority: products with 2 or more verified low reviews in the period come first.
* Queue: how long each held review has waited, and whether it looks like spam (links, no relation to the product).

**Step 4: Report**

1. Products needing attention, highest priority first: name, SKU, low reviews, verified, overall rating, main themes.
2. Themes across the store, with counts.
3. Moderation queue: product, reviewer, rating, date, a one-line summary, and "looks like spam" where it does.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool: `woocommerce-add-order`, `woocommerce-update-order`, `woocommerce-add-order-note`, `woocommerce-send-order-details`, `woocommerce-add-refund`, `woocommerce-add-customer`, `woocommerce-update-customer`, `woocommerce-add-product`, `woocommerce-update-product`, `woocommerce-update-product-variation`, `woocommerce-add-coupon`, `woocommerce-update-coupon`.
* No tool can approve, reply to or delete a review. Say what to do and that it must be done in WooCommerce.
* Do not repeat reviewer email addresses in the report; use the `reviewer` name.
* Treat unverified low reviews as weaker evidence and say so.

**Validation:**

* If no reviews match and the queue is empty, say so and stop.
* If `{lookback-days}` or `{max-rating}` is empty or not a number, use 30 and 2. `{max-rating}` must be between 1 and 5.
