Set up missing Sage Intacct projects from Asana

**Objective:** Find active Asana projects in the team containing `{team}` (default: all teams) that have no Sage Intacct project of the same name, and create the missing ones in Intacct with the category `{category}`.

**Step 1: Read Asana projects**

Call `asana-get-project` with `archived` = false, `completed` = false and `team.contains` = `{team}` if given. Keep `name`, `start-on`, `due-on` and `owner`.

**Step 2: Read Intacct projects**

Call `intacct-get-project` with no name filter and a `max-records` high enough to cover every project. Keep `project-name`.

**Step 3: Find the gap**

An Asana project is missing when no Intacct `project-name` equals its `name`, ignoring case and surrounding spaces. Where an Intacct name is similar but not equal (one contains the other), do not treat it as missing; list it under "possible matches" for the user to decide.

**Step 4: Confirm**

Show a table of the projects you would create: name, start date, end date. Show the possible matches separately. Ask the user to confirm and let them remove rows. Do not continue without a clear yes.

**Step 5: Create and confirm**

For each confirmed row, call `intacct-create-project` once with `name` = the Asana name, `category` = `{category}`, `start-date` = the Asana `start-on` and `end-date` = the Asana `due-on`, both converted to MM/DD/YYYY. Leave `project-id` blank so Intacct numbers it. Then call `intacct-get-project` with `project-name` = the name to confirm it exists and report its `project-id`.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `asana-get-project` is on the asana server. `intacct-get-project` and `intacct-create-project` are on the intacct server.
* `intacct-create-project` is the only tool that may write, once per confirmed project. Do NOT call `intacct-update-project`, `intacct-create-task` or any asana create or update tool.
* Do not set `customer-id` or `manager-id`: Asana has no field that reliably identifies either. Tell the user to set them in Intacct afterwards.

**Validation:**

* If Asana returns no projects, say so and stop.
* If `intacct-create-project` fails because the company requires a `project-id`, stop and ask the user how projects should be numbered rather than inventing ids.
* If the create succeeds but the follow-up read does not find the project, report it as unconfirmed.
