Keep one project list across Asana and Sage Intacct

**Objective:** Compare the projects in Asana with the projects in Sage Intacct and report where they disagree. Limit Asana to projects whose name contains `{project-name}` (default: all non-archived projects) and to the team containing `{team}` (default: all teams).

**Step 1: Read the Asana projects**

Call `asana-get-project` with `archived` = false, `name.contains` = `{project-name}` if given, and `team.contains` = `{team}` if given. Keep `name`, `project-id`, `completed`, `current-status`, `start-on`, `due-on` and `owner` for each.

**Step 2: Read the Intacct projects**

Call `intacct-get-project`, using `project-name.contains` = `{project-name}` if given. Keep `project-name`, `project-id`, `project-status`, `status`, `begin-date`, `end-date`, `percent-complete` and `project-manager-name`.

**Step 3: Match them**

Match an Asana project to an Intacct project when Asana `name` equals Intacct `project-name`, ignoring case and leading or trailing spaces. If one name matches more than one project on either side, list those as ambiguous and do not compare them. Do not match on partial names.

**Step 4: Report**

Four sections:

1. **Mismatched** - matched projects that disagree. One row each: project name, the field, the Asana value, the Intacct value. Compare completion (Asana `completed` against Intacct `project-status` and `percent-complete`), start date (`start-on` against `begin-date`), end date (`due-on` against `end-date`) and owner (`owner` against `project-manager-name`).
2. **In Asana only** - Asana name and owner.
3. **In Intacct only** - Intacct `project-id` and `project-name`.
4. **Ambiguous** - names that matched more than once.

Finish with counts: matched, mismatched, Asana only, Intacct only.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `asana-get-project` is on the asana server. `intacct-get-project` is on the intacct server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `asana-update-project`, `asana-create-project`, `asana-create-status-for-project`, `intacct-create-project` or `intacct-update-project`.
* Asana dates are ISO (2026-03-01); Intacct dates may be MM/DD/YYYY. Compare the dates, not the strings.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns no projects, say which side was empty and stop. Do not report every project on the other side as missing.
* An Asana project with no `due-on`, or an Intacct project with no `end-date`, is not a date mismatch. Say the date is unset.
