The problem

High-risk orders ship before anyone reviews them

High-risk Shopify orders need a review before they ship, but nobody sees them unless someone checks the risk flags and opens a ticket by hand. Opening that ticket with the customer as requester can even email them about a fraud check.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scan recent orders for risk flags
  • Check whether someone already opened a ticket
  • Create the ticket by hand with the order details
  • Risk emailing the customer about a fraud review

With PopdockAI

  • High-risk orders that are not canceled or fulfilled are found
  • Orders with an unsolved ticket already are skipped and listed
  • You see each order and its risk reasons and confirm first
  • Each ticket is internal with no requester, and the order is not changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Find Shopify orders from the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 3) that Shopify rates high risk and that have not shipped. Open one internal Zendesk ticket per order for review, assigned to group `{group-name}` if given, after the user confirms.

**Step 1: Risky orders**

Call `shopify-get-order-risk` with risk-level set to high (check the tool schema for the exact value). Note order-id, order-number, recommendation, provider-title and description.

For each order-id, call `shopify-get-order` filtered by order-number and keep only orders created in the last `{lookback-days}` days, with cancelled-at empty and fulfillment-status not fulfilled. Note name, created-at, email, total-price, currency and financial-status.

**Step 2: Skip what is already escalated**

For each order, call `zendesk-get-ticket` with subject.contains set to the order name. If a ticket exists that is not solved or closed, skip the order and note that ticket-id.

**Step 3: Resolve the group**

If `{group-name}` was given, call `zendesk-get-group` filtered by group-name and take group-id. If it does not match exactly one group, stop and say so.

**Step 4: Confirm**

Show the orders to escalate: name, created-at, total, customer email, risk recommendation and the risk descriptions. Show the skipped orders with their existing ticket-ids. Ask the user to confirm. Create nothing until they do.

**Step 5: Create**

For each confirmed order, call `zendesk-add-ticket` once with:

* subject: High-risk Shopify order followed by the order name
* comment: the order name, created-at, total and currency, customer email, financial-status, and each risk provider-title, recommendation and description
* type: task, priority: high, tags: shopify-risk
* group-id: the resolved group, if any

Leave requester-email, requester-name and requester-id empty. The customer must not be the requester, or Zendesk may email them about a fraud review.

**Step 6: Report**

The tickets created with their ids, the orders skipped with the existing ticket-id, and any create that failed with the error as returned.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `shopify-get-order-risk` and `shopify-get-order` are on the shopify server. `zendesk-get-ticket`, `zendesk-get-group` and `zendesk-add-ticket` are on the zendesk server.
* `zendesk-add-ticket` is the only write tool this prompt may call, once per confirmed order. Do not call `zendesk-add-ticket-comment` or `zendesk-update-ticket`.
* Do not cancel, hold or change the order. Do not call `shopify-update-order` or any other shopify write tool. The review decides that.

**Validation:**

* If no unshipped high-risk orders are found, say so and stop.
* If the user does not confirm, create nothing.

Who it's for

One answer, three teams that use it

Fraud analysts

Get every risky order in your queue

High-risk orders arrive as internal tickets with totals and risk reasons, so nothing ships unreviewed.

Open Zendesk tickets for any high-risk Shopify orders from the last 48 hours in the Risk Team group.

Operations managers

Hold risky orders without double tickets

Orders that already have an unsolved ticket are skipped, so the review team works one list.

Which high-risk Shopify orders this week are not yet in Zendesk? Escalate them after I check.

Support team leads

Keep fraud checks away from customers

Tickets have no requester, so customers are never emailed about a review they should not know about.

Escalate today's high-risk unfulfilled Shopify orders to Zendesk as internal tickets for the Fraud Review group.
