Find BigCommerce orders that never reached Business Central

**Objective:** List BigCommerce orders created since `{since-date}` (default: 7 days ago, format YYYY-MM-DD) with status `{status}` (default: Awaiting Fulfillment) that have no matching document in Business Central.

**Step 1: List the orders**

Call `bigcommerce-get-order` with `date-created.from` = `{since-date}`, `status` = `{status}` and `max-records` = 100. If nothing returns, say so and stop. If exactly 100 return, tell the user the list may be truncated.

**Step 2: Check each order in Business Central**

For each order, call `business-central-get-sales-transaction` with `external-document-number` = the order `id`. If nothing returns, call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `external-document-number` = the order `id`. Treat the order as missing only when both return nothing.

**Step 3: Report**

A table of missing orders: id, date-created, billing-email, total-including-tax, status. Under it, the count checked, the count found, the count missing and the total value missing.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with bigcommerce-  are on the bigcommerce server; tools whose names start with business-central-  are on the business-central server. Both must be connected.
* Read-only: do not call any `-add`, `-update`, `-delete`, `-create` tool on either server.

**Validation:**

* Do one lookup per order; do not batch several order ids into one filter.
* If more than 50 orders need checking, check the 50 oldest and say how many were left.
* If a Business Central lookup errors, report the order as unchecked rather than missing.
