Find Bloomerang gifts that never reached Business Central
For nonprofit finance teams who need to know which gifts still need posting before they close the period, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Gifts stuck in unposted journals, or never arriving
Gifts recorded in Bloomerang need to reach Business Central, but some sit in an unposted journal and others never arrive. Finding which means checking each gift against the ledger and the journals, which nobody has time for at month end.
Without PopdockAI
- Export gifts for the period from Bloomerang
- Search ledger entries for each one
- Check unposted journals for the rest
- Run out of time before close
With PopdockAI
- Gifts in the range are read
- Each is looked up by its BLM number in ledger entries, then journal lines
- Gifts are counted posted, in journal with batch, or missing
- Missing gifts are listed with donor and amount, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** List the Bloomerang gifts dated `{date-from}` to `{date-to}` that have not reached Business Central company `{company}` (blank means the connector's default company), neither as an unposted journal line nor as a posted ledger entry.
**Step 1: Read the gifts (Bloomerang)**
Call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `date.from` = `{date-from}` and `date.to` = `{date-to}`. Keep `id`, `transaction-number`, `account-id`, `date`, `amount`, `method` and `refunded`. If more than 200 come back, report the count and ask for a shorter period.
**Step 2: Look for each gift in Business Central**
The gift's Business Central document number is `BLM` followed by its `transaction-number` (for example `BLM10452`). For each transaction:
1. Call `business-central-get-general-ledger-entry` with `document-number` set to that value. A hit means Posted.
2. If nothing comes back, call `business-central-get-general-journal-line` with `document-number` set to that value. A hit means In journal, with the batch name from `journal-batch-name`.
3. If neither returns anything, the gift is Missing.
Pass `{company}` as `company` on every Business Central call; omit it when blank.
**Step 3: Name the donors (Bloomerang)**
For the Missing gifts only, call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `id` set to each distinct `account-id` and keep `full-name`.
**Step 4: Report**
Counts of Posted, In journal and Missing, then a table of the Missing gifts: transaction number, date, donor, amount, method, refunded. List In journal gifts separately with their batch name, since they still need posting in Business Central.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `bloomerang-get-transaction` and `bloomerang-get-constituent` are on the bloomerang server. `business-central-get-general-ledger-entry` and `business-central-get-general-journal-line` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-journal`, `business-central-create-journal-line` or any other create, update or add tool. To post the missing gifts, point the user at the post-gifts-to-journal prompt.
**Validation:**
* If Bloomerang returns no transactions, say so and stop.
* If no gift in the period is found in Business Central, say that gifts may have been posted as daily totals without the `BLM` document number, and suggest the reconcile-gifts-to-gl prompt instead of treating all of them as missing.
* Refunded gifts that are Missing are listed but flagged, since they may never need posting.Who it's for
