The problem
A generous sponsor with overdue invoices
An organization can be a generous Bloomerang sponsor and carry overdue invoices in Business Central at the same time. Seeing both means looking it up in each system, and matching by name alone can merge two different companies.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the organization's gifts in Bloomerang
- Search Business Central for the customer
- Guess between similar company names
- Read balance and overdue invoices separately
With PopdockAI
- The Bloomerang organization is found
- The Business Central customer is matched by email, then name, asking if several match
- Giving sits beside balance, credit limit and overdue invoices
- The match basis is stated, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Build one view of the organization `{organization}` that shows its Bloomerang giving and its Business Central customer account in company `{company}` (blank means the connector's default company), looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 365).
**Step 1: Find the organization (Bloomerang)**
Call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `full-name.contains` = `{organization}` and `type` = Organization. If more than one matches, list them (full name, account number, city, primary email) and stop. If none match, say so and stop. Keep `id`, `full-name`, `primary-email` and `primary-address-city`.
**Step 2: Find the customer (Business Central)**
Call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to the constituent's `primary-email`. If that returns nothing, call it again with `name.contains` = `{organization}`. Pass `{company}` as `company` on every Business Central call; omit it when blank. If several customers match by name, list them and ask which one is meant.
**Step 3: Pull both histories**
* Bloomerang: call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `account-id` = the constituent `id` and `date.from` = today minus the lookback. Total the amounts.
* Business Central: call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `sell-to-customer-number` = the customer number and `posting-date.from` = the same date, and keep the invoices with `remaining-amount` above zero.
**Step 4: Report**
* Header: organization name, Bloomerang account number, Business Central customer number and name, and how they were matched (email or name).
* Bloomerang: gift count, total, largest gift, last gift date.
* Business Central: balance, balance due, credit limit, blocked, open invoices (number, date, due date, remaining amount), overdue total.
* One line on what stands out, such as a sponsor that gives but has overdue invoices.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `bloomerang-get-constituent` and `bloomerang-get-transaction` are on the bloomerang server. `business-central-get-customer` and `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-customer`, `business-central-update-customer`, `bloomerang-add-note` or any other create, update or add tool.
**Validation:**
* If there is no Business Central customer, report the Bloomerang side alone and say the organization is not a customer. Suggest the link-sponsor-to-customer prompt.
* A name match is weaker than an email match. Say which was used, and never merge two different organizations that only share a word in their names.Who it's for

You name the organization, a look-back period and optionally a company.
02
Find
It finds the organization, then the customer by email, then by name.
03
Read
It reads gifts and open posted sales invoices.
04
Report
