The problem

Bugs fixed in BugHerd, still open in your task list

When a bug is closed or archived in BugHerd, the TickTick task that tracked it often stays open. Stale tasks clutter the plan, and finding them means checking bug numbers against the task list one at a time.

Without PopdockAI

  • List closed and archived bugs in BugHerd
  • Search TickTick for each bug number
  • Check identical titles by eye
  • Leave stale tasks cluttering the plan

With PopdockAI

  • The BugHerd project is found, stopping if several match
  • Closed and archived bugs are read
  • Open tasks are matched by #number or identical title
  • Bugs matching several tasks are flagged, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Find open TickTick tasks that refer to BugHerd bugs already archived or closed in project `{bugherd-project}`.

**Step 1: Resolve the BugHerd project**

Call `bugherd-get-projects` (BugHerd) with `name.contains` set to `{bugherd-project}`. If more than one matches, list them and stop.

**Step 2: Read finished bugs**

Call `bugherd-get-archived-tasks` (BugHerd) with the `project-id`. Also call `bugherd-get-tasks` (BugHerd) and keep tasks with a closed status. Note `task-number`, `title`, `closed`.

**Step 3: Find the TickTick side**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` (TickTick) with `status` open and `max-records` 200, then apply the matching convention below locally.

**Step 4: Report**

A table: BugHerd task-number, title, closed date, TickTick task id, TickTick project, due-date. These are the TickTick tasks that look stale.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `ticktick-*` tools are on the TickTick MCP server and `bugherd-*` tools are on the BugHerd server. Both servers must be connected.
* Matching convention: a TickTick task matches a BugHerd task when its title or content contains the BugHerd task number as `#<task-number>` (for example #123), or when its title equals the BugHerd title (case-insensitive). Prefer the number match.
* Read-only: do NOT call any `ticktick-add-*`, `ticktick-update-*`, `ticktick-delete-*`, `ticktick-complete-*`, `ticktick-move-*`, `ticktick-assign-*`, `ticktick-unassign-*`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, or any `bugherd-add-*`, `bugherd-update-*`, `bugherd-move-*` tool.

**Validation:**

* If no finished bugs are found, report that and stop.
* If a bug matches several TickTick tasks, list all of them and flag the ambiguity.
