The problem

Nudging people about work already discussed

Overdue tasks get chased without knowing whether recent meetings covered them. Checking means listing late tasks in Asana and searching transcripts for each, so people get nudged about work already talked through.

Without PopdockAI

  • List overdue tasks in Asana
  • Search meeting transcripts for each one
  • Note who said what
  • Chase work the team already discussed

With PopdockAI

  • Up to 20 overdue open tasks read
  • Granola transcripts searched for each task's key words
  • Meeting, speaker and exact line quoted
  • Undiscussed tasks first, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** List overdue open Asana tasks (optionally for the assignee `{assignee-email}`) and show whether the topic came up in Granola meetings in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 14).

**Step 1: Get overdue tasks (asana)**

If `{assignee-email}` is given, call `asana-get-user` with `email` to get `user-id`; stop if no user matches. Call `asana-get-tasks` with `completed` false, `due-on.to` set to yesterday, and `assignee-id` set to that `user-id` when known. Keep at most 20 tasks.

**Step 2: Search meetings (granola)**

For each task call `granola-get-transcript` with `text.contains` set to the most distinctive words of the task `name` and `note-created.from` set to today minus the lookback days. Record the `note-title`, `note-created-at`, `speaker` and the exact `text` line.

**Step 3: Report**

Per task: name, assignee, `due-on`, `url`, then either the meetings and quoted lines where it was discussed or "not discussed". Order undiscussed overdue tasks first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting with granola- are on the granola server; tools starting with asana- are on the asana server. Both servers must be connected.
* Read-only. Never call `asana-update-task`, `asana-create-comment` or any other write tool.
* Quote transcript lines exactly. A keyword hit is not proof the task was discussed; say "possible mention".

**Validation:**

* If there are no overdue tasks, say so and stop.
* If a transcript search hits the record cap, say results may be incomplete.
