The problem

Hot webinar follow-ups wait behind cold ones

After a webinar, reps do not know which attendees already have live deals, so the hottest follow-ups wait while cold contacts get called. Matching attendees to Nutshell is a manual spreadsheet job.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export the attendee list from GoTo Webinar
  • Search Nutshell for each attendee
  • Check each match for open leads
  • Sort the list by deal value in a spreadsheet

With PopdockAI

  • Attendees are matched to Nutshell people by exact email
  • Attendees with open leads are ranked by lead value
  • Values in different currencies are not added together
  • It only reads, nothing changes in either system

Prompt
**Objective:** For webinar `{webinar-name}`, find the attendees who are known Nutshell contacts with open leads, and rank them for follow-up. Check at most `{max-attendees}` attendees (default 50).

**Step 1: Find the webinar (GoTo Webinar server)**

Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with `webinar-name.contains` set to the name. If more than one webinar matches, list them and stop. If none match, say so and stop.

**Step 2: List the attendees (GoTo Webinar server)**

Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with the `webinar-key` from Step 1 and `max-records` set to the limit. Keep `email`, `first-name`, `last-name` and `total-time-attended`.

**Step 3: Match to Nutshell contacts (Nutshell server)**

For each attendee call `nutshell-get-contact` with `name.contains` set to the attendee's last name and keep the contact whose `emails` include the attendee's `email` (ignore case). Attendees with no exact email match are reported as Not in Nutshell and skipped from here.

**Step 4: Find open leads (Nutshell server)**

For each matched contact call `nutshell-get-lead` with `company-id` from the contact (or `person-id` set to the contact `id` when there is no company). Keep leads whose `status` shows they are open; read `status` values from the data and do not assume their spelling.

**Step 5: Report**

Rank matched attendees with open leads by total lead `value`, highest first. For each show the attendee name, `total-time-attended`, contact `owner`, each open lead (`name`, `value`, `confidence`, `anticipated-close-time`) and its Nutshell link. Then list matched attendees with no open leads, and the count of attendees not in Nutshell.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `goto-webinar-get-webinar` and `goto-webinar-get-attendee` are on the GoTo Webinar server; `nutshell-get-contact` and `nutshell-get-lead` are on the Nutshell server.
* Read only. Do NOT call `goto-webinar-add-registrant`, `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, `nutshell-add-lead`, `nutshell-update-lead`, `nutshell-delete-lead` or any other add, update or delete tool.

**Validation:**

* If nobody attended, report that and stop.
* Do not total lead values across different `currency` values; group them by currency.
