The prompt
Use this prompt
Copy it into any AI tool connected to PopdockAI. Swap the values in braces for your own.
**Objective:** For webinar `{webinar-name}`, list every registrant and show whether each is already a Nutshell contact. Report at most `{max-registrants}` registrants (default 100).
**Step 1: Find the webinar (GoTo Webinar server)**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with `webinar-name.contains` set to the name. If it matches more than one webinar, list them (webinar-name, date, webinar-key) and stop. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: List the registrants (GoTo Webinar server)**
Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with `webinar-key` from Step 1 and `max-records` set to the limit. Keep `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `status` and `registration-date`.
**Step 3: Match each registrant to Nutshell**
For each registrant call `nutshell-get-contact` (Nutshell server) with `name.contains` set to the registrant's last name. Compare the registrant's `email` with the contact `emails` values, ignoring case. A contact is a match only when an email matches exactly; a name match alone is only a possible match and must be labelled as such. If several contacts match, list them all.
**Step 4: Report**
A table with registrant name, email, registration status, match result (Matched, Possible match, Not in Nutshell), the Nutshell contact `id`, `owner` and `company-id`, and the Nutshell link. Finish with counts of each match result.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `goto-webinar-get-webinar` and `goto-webinar-get-registrant` belong to the GoTo Webinar server; `nutshell-get-contact` belongs to the Nutshell server.
* This prompt is read only. Do NOT call `goto-webinar-add-registrant`, `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, `nutshell-add-person`, `nutshell-update-person`, `nutshell-delete-person`, `nutshell-add-company` or any other add, update or delete tool.
**Validation:**
* If a registrant has no email, report them as Not matchable and continue.
* Nutshell contacts have no email filter, so matching is by last name first and then by email; say so if a registrant could not be matched for that reason.
