Write your Jira project status update from real numbers
For project managers who want what was raised, moved and finished summarized without weekly filters, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Weekly status updates eat time meant for the work
Writing a status update for a Jira project means counting what was raised, what moved and what finished, then judging whether intake is outrunning delivery. Pulling that from filters every week eats time.
Without PopdockAI
- Build filters for raised, moved and done
- Count issues by type and reporter
- Find the oldest open items
- Guess whether intake beats delivery
With PopdockAI
- New issues are counted by type and reporter
- Activity is broken down by status, with completed work
- The oldest open items are listed
- A note says whether intake outpaces completion, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Produce an activity report for the Jira project `{project-name}` covering work created or updated between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}`. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. If {to-date} is omitted use today.
**Step 1: Resolve the project**
Call `jira-get-project` with name.contains set to {project-name} and keep project-key, lead, project-type and number-of-issues. If several match, list them and stop.
**Step 2: What was raised**
Call `jira-get-issue` with project-key set, created.from set to {from-date}, created.to set to {to-date} and max-records set to 300.
**Step 3: What moved**
Call `jira-get-issue` again with project-key set and updated.from set to {from-date}, max-records set to 300. This is the set that saw activity in the window, whenever it was raised.
**Step 4: Report**
Use exactly this shape:
1. **Header** - project name, key, lead, the date range
2. **Raised** - count, then a breakdown by issue-type, then by reporter
3. **Active** - count from Step 3, broken down by status
4. **Completed** - the Step 3 issues whose status reads as Done, Closed or Resolved, listed as issue-key and summary
5. **Still open at the end of the window** - count, and the three oldest by created-date
6. **Notes** - two or three sentences: is intake outpacing completion, and where is the work sitting
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Do NOT call any tool whose name begins with add, update or assign.
* Counts come from the rows returned. If a call hits max-records, say the figures are a floor rather than a total.
* Do not report a completion date, the issue list does not carry one. Completion is inferred from status plus updated-date, say so.
**Validation:**
* If {from-date} is not a date, ask for one and stop.
* If both Step 2 and Step 3 return nothing, report no activity in the window and stop.Who it's for
