Log every DonorPerfect donor touchpoint once

**Objective:** Log a contact against `{donor-name-or-email}` describing `{contact-summary}`, using activity code `{activity-code}` if one is given. Check the donor's recent contact history first.

**Step 1: Identify the donor**

Call `donorperfect-get-donor`, filtering on `email` for an email address and on `last-name.contains` otherwise. Stop if there is no match or more than one. Record the `donor-id`.

**Step 2: Read the recent history**

Call `donorperfect-get-contact` filtered by `donor-id`. Report the last three contacts with their `contact-date`, `by-whom` and `activity-code`.

If a contact with the same activity code already exists on the same date, show it and ask whether this is a separate interaction before writing.

**Step 3: Validate the activity code**

If `{activity-code}` was supplied, confirm it exists with `donorperfect-get-code` using the activity field as `field-name`. If it does not exist, list the valid activity codes and ask which to use. Do not invent one.

**Step 4: Confirm, then write**

Show the contact you are about to log: donor name and id, contact date, activity code, by whom, and the comment text. Ask the user to confirm.

Only after confirmation, call `donorperfect-save-contact` once, with no `contact-id`.

**Step 5: Verify**

Call `donorperfect-get-contact` filtered by `donor-id` and report the stored contact with its id.

* `donorperfect-save-contact` is the only write tool this prompt may call.
* Put `{contact-summary}` in the comment field as written. Do not embellish it or add detail the user did not give.
* Do not set a due date unless the user asks for a follow up.

**Validation:**

* If `{contact-summary}` is empty, ask what happened and stop.
* If the donor lookup is ambiguous, list the candidates and stop.
