The problem
A donor may also be a customer or a paid vendor
A donor may also be a customer with open invoices or a vendor you pay, and those records sit in Sage Intacct with no link to Bloomerang. Finding them means searching by name in several places, and the wrong record is easy to pick.
Without PopdockAI
- Total the donor's giving in Bloomerang
- Search Intacct customers, vendors and contacts by name
- Guess which record is the same person
- Miss that a donor is also paid as a vendor
With PopdockAI
- Bloomerang giving in the window is totalled
- Intacct customers, vendors and contacts match only when name and email or city agree
- Name-only hits are listed apart and kept out of totals
- Related-party items are flagged without conclusions, nothing changed

**Objective:** Show the whole financial relationship with the donor `{donor}` across Bloomerang and Sage Intacct over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 365): what they have given, what they owe on invoices, and anything the organization has paid them. Change nothing.
**Step 1: Resolve the donor (Bloomerang)**
If the donor is given as an email address, call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `primary-email`; if it is a number, with `account-number`; otherwise with `full-name.contains`. If more than one constituent matches, list them with account number, type, city and email, and stop. Keep `id`, `full-name`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `type`, `employer`, `primary-email` and `primary-address-city`.
Call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `account-id` set to the constituent's `id` and `date.from` set to the start of the window, and total the giving.
**Step 2: Find them in Intacct**
Intacct holds no Bloomerang ID, so match on name and confirm on email or city. For an organization, search by its `full-name`. For a person, search by `last-name` and then check the first name, since Intacct often stores people as "Last, First".
* `intacct-get-customer` with `customer-name.contains`
* `intacct-get-vendor` with `vendor-name.contains`
* `intacct-get-contact` with `email` set to the donor's `primary-email`, then with `contact-name.contains` if that finds nothing
A record is a match only when the name agrees and the email or city agrees too. Keep name-only hits as possible matches, and never add them into the totals.
**Step 3: Read the money (Intacct)**
* For a matched customer: `intacct-get-invoice` with `customer-id` and `total-due.min` 0.01 for open invoices, and `intacct-get-ar-payment` with `customer-id` and `receipt-date.from` for payments in the window.
* For a matched vendor: `intacct-get-ap-payment` with `vendor-id` and `payment-date.from` for what the organization paid them.
**Step 4: Report**
* **Donor:** name, Bloomerang account number, type, employer.
* **Given (Bloomerang):** total, number of gifts, largest and most recent gift in the window.
* **Owes (Intacct AR):** open invoices with number, date, due date and amount due.
* **Paid by them (Intacct AR):** payments in the window. Say whether each also appears as a Bloomerang gift (same amount within a few days), because a sponsorship paid on an invoice is often entered as a gift too.
* **Paid to them (Intacct AP):** payments in the window, with the total.
* **Possible matches:** name-only Intacct records for a person to confirm.
If the donor is also a vendor the organization paid, say so plainly as an item for related-party review. Do not conclude that it is a conflict of interest.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named bloomerang- are on the Bloomerang MCP server; tools named intacct- are on the Sage Intacct MCP server. Both servers must be connected.
* Read only. Do not call `bloomerang-update-constituent`, `bloomerang-add-note`, `bloomerang-add-interaction`, `intacct-create-customer`, `intacct-update-customer`, `intacct-create-contact` or any other add, create or update tool.
* Pass dates as YYYY-MM-DD. Omit `company` on Intacct calls unless the user names one.
**Validation:**
* If no constituent matches, say so and stop.
* If the donor has no match in Intacct, report the Bloomerang giving and say they have no customer, vendor or contact record there. That is a normal result, not an error.Who it's for
