**Objective:** Terminate billing for device(s) {device-serials} with reason ID {reason-id} and comments {comments}. These tools change live MyAdmin data. Never call a write tool before the user has explicitly confirmed the exact values in this conversation. This is destructive.
**Step 1: Current state**
For each serial, call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract` with device-serial = the serial. Drop any not found or already terminated, and say so. Note the contract end date.
**Step 2: Impact**
For each remaining serial, say whether the contract end date is in the future (an early termination fee is likely) and how many months remain. Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-add-in-detail` with device-serial = the serial to show any add-ins that will stop.
**Step 3: Confirm**
Show a table: serial, device plan, contract end, months remaining, add-ins. Ask the user to type yes to terminate. Stop on anything else.
**Step 4: Terminate**
* One serial: call `geotab-myadmin-terminate-device-billing` once with serial-no, reason-id = {reason-id}, comments = {comments}.
* Several: call `geotab-myadmin-terminate-device-billing-bulk` once with serial-nos as a JSON array and reason-id = {reason-id}.
**Step 5: Verify**
Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract` with each serial and report its terminated flag and terminated date.
