The problem

Weak product records that go live

Product managers scroll the Akeneo grid looking for weak records, and the ones that matter get missed. Products with a poor quality rating and gaps in name, brand or categories go live unranked.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scroll the product grid for low ratings
  • Open each product to find gaps
  • Guess which ones are live
  • Fix them in no useful order

With PopdockAI

  • Low rated products read for one family
  • Name, brand, color, description and categories checked
  • Enabled products ranked first, then by gaps
  • Three most common gaps named, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Find the products in family `{family}` whose data-quality rating is at or below `{max-rating}` (default 2) and rank what to fix first.

**Step 1: Pull the weak products**

Call `akeneo-get-product` with family set to `{family}` and rating.max set to `{max-rating}` (use 2 if blank). If nothing is returned, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Add context**

Call `akeneo-get-family` with code `{family}` and note its attributes, attribute-as-label and attribute-as-image. Compare each weak product's name, brand, color, short-description and categories and note which are empty.

**Step 3: Report**

Give a table: identifier, name, enabled, parent-model, missing fields, last updated. Rank enabled products first, then by number of missing fields. End with the three most common gaps.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call any `akeneo-add-*`, `akeneo-update-*`, `akeneo-delete-*`, `akeneo-submit-*`, `akeneo-upsert-*` or `akeneo-start-*` tool.
* Do not assume a disabled product is live. Show the enabled flag for every row.
* Only report fields the tools return; product custom attribute values are not exposed, so do not claim to have checked them.

**Validation:**

* If `{family}` is not found by `akeneo-get-family`, stop and ask for a valid family code.
