Find the Mem collections that need tidying
For operations teams who want to know which Mem collections are empty, thin or overlapping, just by asking their AI assistant.

Connect Mem, pick your AI tool and paste the prompt.
The problem
Collections pile up and nobody tidies them
Collections in Mem build up over time: some empty, some thin, some with no description and a few that overlap. Finding them means opening each collection in turn, and nobody gets round to it.
Without PopdockAI
- Open every collection one at a time
- Count notes and check for a description
- Spot near duplicate titles by eye
- Put the clean up off again
With PopdockAI
- Every collection is read with note count and last update
- Empty, thin, undescribed, stale and overlapping ones are flagged
- Each collection gets a suggested action
- It only recommends and nothing in Mem changes

**Objective:** Audit the Mem collections and list the ones that need attention, treating a collection with fewer than {min-notes} notes (default 3) as thin.
**Step 1: Read collections**
Call mem-get-collections with max-records 200.
**Step 2: Apply the rules**
* Empty:
ote-count is 0.
* Thin:
ote-count below {min-notes}.
* Undescribed: no description.
* Stale: updated-at older than 180 days.
* Overlapping: titles that differ only in case, spacing or singular/plural.
**Step 3: Report**
One table per finding type with title, note-count and updated-at, then a short recommended action per collection (merge, describe, delete, keep). Recommendations only.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Never call mem-create-note, mem-update-note, mem-delete-note, mem-trash-note, mem-restore-note, mem-move-note, mem-add-note-to-collection, mem-remove-note-from-collection, mem-set-note-created-date, mem-create-collection, mem-update-collection, mem-delete-collection or mem-mem-it.
* Do not show notes whose rashed-at is set unless the user asks for them.
**Validation:**
* If the account has no collections, say so.Who it's for
