Summarize any Mem collection without reading every note

**Objective:** Summarize what is in the Mem collection titled {collection-title}, looking at up to {max-notes} notes (default 20).

**Step 1: Resolve the collection**

Call mem-get-collections with 	itle set to {collection-title}. If none match, retry with 	itle.contains and list the candidates, then stop. If more than one matches, list them and stop.

**Step 2: Read the notes**

Call mem-get-notes with collection-id set to the collection id and max-records set to {max-notes}. Use the content field, not just the snippet.

**Step 3: Report**

* Three to five sentence summary of the collection.
* Main themes as bullets, each with the notes that support it.
* Notes that look stale (oldest updated-at) or near-empty.
* Say how many notes exist against how many you read if the cap cut the list short.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Never call mem-create-note, mem-update-note, mem-delete-note, mem-trash-note, mem-restore-note, mem-move-note, mem-add-note-to-collection, mem-remove-note-from-collection, mem-set-note-created-date, mem-create-collection, mem-update-collection, mem-delete-collection or mem-mem-it.
* Do not show notes whose 	rashed-at is set unless the user asks for them.
* Quote note content sparingly and never invent content.

**Validation:**

* If the collection has no notes, say it is empty and stop.
