The problem

A week of notes you cannot recall

At the end of a week it is hard to say what you captured or changed in Mem. Recalling it means reopening note after note, and open threads buried in them get lost before the next planning meeting.

Without PopdockAI

  • Reopen notes one by one to see what changed
  • Work out which are new and which were edited
  • Sort them by collection by hand
  • Lose follow ups before the planning meeting

With PopdockAI

  • Notes created or updated in your range are read
  • New and edited notes are separated
  • Notes are grouped by collection with a one line gist
  • Open threads are listed, read only

Prompt
**Objective:** Produce a digest of Mem notes created or updated from {from-date} to {to-date} (default to today if {to-date} is empty).

**Step 1: Pull the notes**

Call mem-get-notes with updated-at.from set to {from-date} and updated-at.to set to {to-date}, max-records 100. Separately call it with created-at.from and created-at.to set the same way to tell new notes from edited ones.

**Step 2: Group**

Call mem-get-collections to map each note's collection-id to a collection title. Notes with no collection go under Unfiled.

**Step 3: Report**

* Counts: new notes, edited notes.
* Per collection: bullet per note with title and a one-line gist from content.
* A closing list of open threads or action items you can see in the content.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Never call mem-create-note, mem-update-note, mem-delete-note, mem-trash-note, mem-restore-note, mem-move-note, mem-add-note-to-collection, mem-remove-note-from-collection, mem-set-note-created-date, mem-create-collection, mem-update-collection, mem-delete-collection or mem-mem-it.
* Do not show notes whose rashed-at is set unless the user asks for them.

**Validation:**

* If {from-date} is empty, ask for it and stop.
* If no notes fall in the range, say so.
