Find Ramp card users whose GP employee has left

**Objective:** Compare Ramp users with the employees in Dynamics GP company `{gp-company}` and report people who are active in one system and not the other, for Ramp users with status `{ramp-status}` (default ACTIVE).

**Step 1: Ramp users**

Call `ramp-get-user` (ramp) with `status` set to `{ramp-status}`. Keep `id`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `email`, `employee-id`, `status`, `role`. Cap at 200 and say if you capped.

**Step 2: GP employees**

For each Ramp user with an `employee-id`, call `powergp-online-get-employees` (powergp-online-ai) with `employee-id` set to that value and `company` set to `{gp-company}`. Keep `employee-id`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `employee-status`, `department-id`. For Ramp users with no `employee-id`, call it with `first-name` set to the Ramp first name and match on last name too.

**Step 3: Report**

Lists: Ramp users with no GP employee; Ramp users active while the GP employee is not active (the priority list); name differs between systems; Ramp users matched only by name (low confidence). Then counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with ramp-get are on the ramp server; tools whose names start with powergp-online-get are on the powergp-online-ai server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any Ramp tool that adds, updates, deletes, archives, suspends or terminates anything (any `-add`, `-update`, `-delete`, `-archive`, `-suspend` or `-terminate` tool on the ramp server). The powergp-online-ai server has no write tools.
* Pass `company` to every GP tool; if `{gp-company}` is empty, ask which GP company to use before calling.
* Report amounts with their currency. Do not net amounts across different currencies.

**Validation:**

* Never output `social-security-number` or any other field beyond those listed, even though the GP tool returns them.
* If employee ids are blank for most Ramp users, say the match is name-based and low confidence.
