Find Ramp GL codes that GP does not recognize

**Objective:** Compare the active GL accounts in Ramp with the chart of accounts in Dynamics GP company `{gp-company}`, limited to Ramp accounts whose `code` starts with `{code-prefix}` (default all).

**Step 1: Ramp accounts**

Call `ramp-get-accounting-gl-account` (ramp) and keep `id`, `code`, `name`, `active`, `classification`. Keep only active accounts with a `code`, and apply the prefix if one was given. Cap at 200 and say if you capped.

**Step 2: GP accounts**

For each code call `powergp-online-get-accounts` (powergp-online-ai) with `account-number` set to the Ramp `code` and `company` set to `{gp-company}`. Keep `account-number`, `account-description`, `active`, `posting-type`, `allow-account-entry`. If nothing returns, retry once with `account-description.contains` set to the Ramp `name`.

**Step 3: Report**

Lists for: Ramp code not found in GP; found in GP but inactive or not allowing account entry; name differs between systems (show both); and a count of matched accounts. Do not list matched accounts individually.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with ramp-get are on the ramp server; tools whose names start with powergp-online-get are on the powergp-online-ai server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any Ramp tool that adds, updates, deletes, archives, suspends or terminates anything (any `-add`, `-update`, `-delete`, `-archive`, `-suspend` or `-terminate` tool on the ramp server). The powergp-online-ai server has no write tools.
* Pass `company` to every GP tool; if `{gp-company}` is empty, ask which GP company to use before calling.
* Report amounts with their currency. Do not net amounts across different currencies.

**Validation:**

* GP account numbers contain segment dashes; compare ignoring dashes and spaces.
* If Ramp has no GL accounts, report that the accounting connection may not be set up and stop.
